What we take off your desk

The truck

Factory pickup and gateway delivery are arranged by us. You see the vehicle number and driver on your file for the factory gate — nothing else to chase.

Customs filing

We take your invoice and packing list once, check them against the HS classification, and file the Shipping Bill or Bill of Entry. Your file shows the number and the LEO.

The sailing and the far end

Carrier booking, CRO, cut-offs and destination handling on the same file. Nominated cargo on the buyer's account? We coordinate their forwarder so you don't have to.

Do you move parcels or courier?

No. zepcargo forwards commercial B2B cargo only — FCL, LCL, air freight, Indian customs and factory-to-gateway road. Personal packages, D2C parcels and courier documents are out of scope, however urgent.

Who can open an account?

Companies with an IEC, a GSTIN and a commercial invoice — manufacturers, traders and consignees shipping out of or into India. Request access on the app; we review the company and email login details only if we open an account.

How are prices shown?

On landed cost. Every option carries freight, origin and destination local charges, Indian customs clearance and an estimated duty line, and the list is ranked on the total you will actually pay. Rates carry a validity window from the carrier; the number is firm when you confirm the booking in the app.

Which Incoterms and trades do you handle?

Export from India and import into India, on FOB, CIF, C&F, EXW and DDU files. When the ocean freight is on your buyer's account, Local Services books just the factory trucking and Indian customs.

Where does AI touch my shipment?

Ranking options on landed cost, duty lookups from an 8-digit CTH, sizing the pickup truck, and exception watch on your file. A model only ever sees the minimum the task needs, with names and registration numbers masked — never your KYC documents or original files — and a zepcargo team member approves anything that moves cargo or money. Is there a mobile app?

Your account works in a phone browser today — rates, tracking and documents included, nothing to install. A store app will follow with the same screens and the same file.

Bengaluru. Zepcargo India Private Limited is an Indian company, and every shipment we handle starts or ends in India: every major Indian sea, air and ICD gateway for export, and the world into India for import.
